The entity requesting the announcement posting, District Committee, Group, or Intergroup shall submit email the following to: lorjb63@gmail.com information about the event:

In plain text, either in the email body or as a separate .pdf file:
Name of event and brief description.
Day, Date and time.
Location/address.
*Contact name and phone or E-mail for the contact. * We will not post your contact information.

All questions are directed to district officers via email.

**Please be advised, if you include your personal phone number on a flyer

you may  become the target of unwanted phone calls including scams and solicitations.

Additional information can be added in the text section of the announcement if desired. A flyer may also be posted to the website for downloading, preferably in .pdf format (the flyer should be attached to the e-mail with the text description).
